This Privacy Policy explains how Orlumi handles information through the Orlumi website and Orlumi games. This page is intended as the public privacy-policy location for the brand. Game-specific disclosures will be added before any title is released if that title collects or processes information not covered here.

1. Website information

The current Orlumi website is a static informational website. It does not currently provide user accounts, payments, comments or direct data-entry forms.

2. Information you send to us

If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address, name and any information you choose to include. We use that information only to reply, provide support, manage the enquiry and keep necessary business records.

3. Games and applications

Each Orlumi title may have different technical requirements. Before release, the relevant store listing and this policy will be updated to identify any analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, cloud-save, account, payment or device-permission services used by that title.

Until a specific game disclosure is published, this policy must not be interpreted as a claim that an unreleased game collects no information.

4. Children

Some Orlumi experiences may be suitable for children. We aim to minimise data collection and avoid asking children to provide personal information unnecessarily. Any released child-directed product will be reviewed separately for applicable child-privacy and platform requirements before publication.

5. Service providers

We may use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, app distribution, error reporting or other operational functions. Those providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, legal, security and business purposes. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no online method is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information you have sent directly to Orlumi, or to request correction or deletion where applicable. Legal rights vary by location.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website and Orlumi titles develop. The date at the top of this page will be updated whenever material changes are published.
